“I had never heard of this place before - they were recommended by my PA when i complained that a medication i need would cost around $400 for a 3 month supply. They charged $66 for a 3 month supply. Im a big fan of this place!”

“This pharmacy location has really changed. When Milt and Pat were there, it was extremely professional. Now everyone in the pharmacy area are always laughing and joking. The crew is so loud, I think especially the owner a younger pharmacist. He’s always laughing and laughing really loud. I don’t know how they don’t make mistakes. They never seem focused. Although I just read in one of the reviews here that someone got a strange pill in their bottle. Which wouldn’t surprise me if that happens more Often. This crew should understand that when people come to the pharmacy many of them Are sick and or not feeling well. I will say I never see this behavior from Mara or Jennifer. And when I’m being helped at the pharmacy register, those employees are very professional. It’s not that I don’t think they’re all really nice people. I’m sure they are however This group is extremely loud and unprofessional. Also, I have a family member who has been coming here for probably 15 years. They’ve been on the same medication and Milt and Pat Were able to spot this person one or two pills until their prescription Came over from the doctor. These are medications that they desperately Need. The current pharmacist will not spot my family member anything. And often times Makes them feel more like a nuisance than a valued customer. On a better note, the people running the cash registers upfront have always been so kind and Helpful and we are grateful that the CVS location is here.”

“We started using this Walgreens rather than the other one in town since we kept having issues there. We have now been getting all of our prescriptions filled here for the last few years. The staff is great to work with, and is informative if there is an insurance or supply issue and is great about getting things filled quickly when needed. Really appreciate the staff at this Walgreens!”

“I’ve been to a lot of pharmacies over the years and I understand how stressful that job can be, but I’ve had some absolutely horrible experiences before I switched to this pharmacy. I just wanted to thank the ladies in the pharmacy who are always very nice to me when I call and when I go through the drive thru. The older lady is always making silly jokes when I roll through and just makes the whole experience feel smooth. I hope you give her a raise because she’s raising moral out the drive thru window. Picking up my meds isn’t a chore anymore and I feel comfortable. That’s worth more than you think when 90 percent of folks I’ve dealt with working pharmacy have tended to just be burnt out, rude and unhelpful. I hope you recognize you have a great team. 5 stars!”
“I just transferred all my prescriptions from a popular national chain to Bidwell Pharmacy. I was fed up with their poor level of service.The staff at Bidwell Pharmacy, treated me like an old friend.I must give a special thank you to Sarah.She actually called me to help me transfer the scripts. “It's a really good place for quick prescriptions. Open floor plan with wide aisles. Easy access and a lot of parking. Lots of different sundries, food, and drinks. Centrally located and easy easement. Enjoy.
Review 2... I went back today and it was a great experience. Dianna, I believe she is the manager, she was amazing. She took some time, I am high maintenance, but she helped me and had a friendly demeanor, and she knew what I was asking for after I explained not so well. It was packed and she still found a few minutes to help. It's just a well run store.”

“Sarah B. I 100% agree with your statement that it does take a certain type of special person to work at a facility such as a recovery treatment center . If they no longer work there then they must move on. I feel horrible when I myself see the good counselors leaving because I myself had many negative issues with inappropriate sexual behavior from a staff member at another treatment center NOT AEGIS. So once she was fired from Medmark for having her affair in her office with my now deceased husband who died this past May 2021 she went on to attempt to destroy another man"s life with his family at another facility "Fathers & Family. Many thanks to the Judge, she was fired from that job as well. I think AEGIS is the one & only out patient facility I recommend to people that are in need of help. This is not just a facility for the stereotypical addict either. Many people who were going to the pain clinics for years & yuntil the Laws were changed now have no other option but to go to these clinics. I've met & seen people that were going to die soon from Cancer & many other issues also. These treatment centers that Aegis has specifically (NOT places such as Medmark)are a Blessing to so many senior citizens, cancer patients & / or many other individual's who can't handle their pain. These Treatment Centers are not only for addicts!”

“I moved my Dad here two months ago. Stage 4 Gastric Cancer. Transferring his meds should have been easy. But his prior pharmacy made it difficult. I think the pharmacist name is Quan. He was amazing. He handle everything. My dad's scripts are always on time now.
I took him in yesterday for his high dose flue vaccine and Covid vaccine. Janelle was the nurse. She was so patient and understanding of my Dad. She sat and talk with him while Quan fixed the order. No rush even though people were waiting. Great staff always helpful and kind.”
