“Annie is the greatest. I was trying to find the pain relief spray my wife wanted on aisle 26 where the pharmacy had sent me the other day but it wasn't there and Google maps said the store didn't carry it. But l asked her since the pharmacy was closed and she directed me to the feminine care aisle. There it was plus a whole UTI section the pharmacy never told me about. Annie rocks. And her Spanish is fluent too.
I just the Chico police would do something about the homeless on the sidewalk outside with their scary dogs barking at everyone.”

“The pharmacist there saved my life several years ago. My fiance went there to refill a prescription for me and asked how long I had been on it. When my fiance replied, " About a year" he was told you need to get her off this. The pharmacist handed Tony a piece of paper which listed symptoms for Seratonin Syndrome with his signature at the bottom. After reading it all, Tony asked, " Can it cause seizures" ? He was told, " You need to get her off this right away". I quit taking the medication and upon seeing my doctor a week later, she not only told me to stop it, but added it to my list of medical allergies. I had been having 3 to 9 seizures a day and was told by a neurologist that they were anxiety. Upon looking up Serotonin Syndrome on Mayo Clinic, I found all that was left for me to have had been Coma and Death. I will forever be grateful to that pharmacist. Joyce ?”

“I have Enloe insurance and so I moved my meds to this pharmacy mainly because of the savings. However, they are so easy to work with. If you call the phone number, a live person answers without any phone trees! Recently I forgot to make a fill and I called them and they had my med ready in less than an hour. Great people and great service!!”
“(Zoe is my daughter. Not sure why my maps is under her name) So this Jacqueline Hopkins and I have used Owen's for 4 years? Not sure, but they are so awesome! I just had an O2 machine quit on me and they were out within the hour of when I finally called. They told me to call immediately next time, even if the middle of the night. (I had waited til morning). Now don't go calling them at 3am for a bandaid, but for O2 it's ok. Lol. The guys that come to the house are great and the phone people are great too. So docs....you better be using Owens cause they are the best!”

“Honestly, the only reason that I still continue to shop here,is because it is close to where I live. I like the East Ave store better. It's cleaner and I think the people there are way more personable. This team at the Nord Ave store, is rude, disrespectful and judgemental. I was shopping there with a friend of mine and I was preparing to spend a few hundred dollars there as I had my cart almost full. That's whenever I heard the manager and another one of the workers talking at the aisle next to me about my friend and me. They were making jokes about us, and they were profiling us , then judging and condemning us. They were saying how they knew that we were going to run out of the store with our carts, and how they were going to stop us and trip us by putting something in the wheels of the cart. I just stood there so embarrassed my face red for about 15 minutes as they continue to laugh it up at our expense. Whenever that same guy came up to me 2 minutes later asking me for the hundredth time if I needed any help and snickered I totally lost it. I began to confront him about what I heard and he said that it was because I was in there shopping for too long apparently you're only allowed to shop in that store for 15 minutes and anything more than that they say that you're stealing and they will harass you. I was so mad before I walked out and left my full cart there I showed him my pocket full of money and told him how he messed up because I was prepared to spend that money in the store but now I was going to another store where the people weren't jerks . He was the manager there but apparently he didn't mind that he ultimately took three to five hundred dollars away from his store that day because of his own actions and rudeness. I know plenty others who have been mistreated and wrongly accused and harassed in this store besides me and I know for a fact that they also do the same thing with college age or school age people. Something needs to be done about this.”

“We live up in paradise we have had the most horrific experience with pharmacies. And I will tell you that these people are amazing. Yes we have to travel and it's a little inconvenient but very worth it. They have a personal touch and they really care about filling your prescriptions. Anytime you have some thing that you know has issues of being in stock you call three days ahead maybe two days ahead and they will do their very best to get it for you. They're very resourceful and they treat you like you matter”

“My mom Teresa passed :( I had a gift project to make. There's was a Acrylic block gift to give to the family on the day of the viewing and funeral. It was a large order. Walgreens manager went all over town to get the Acrylic blocks and even to Oroville to complete my order. They call me when the letters where to small and cannot see them. They call me again to fix another problem. The stuff was so nice and helpful. Thank you everyone that help me get my beautiful mom in this time of sorrow and make it right. On top of everything I got 50% OFF. Thanks husband for paying for this beautiful gift”

“2024 UpdateThis pharmacy isSo much better these days The new pharmacist is great!Original Review3 stars for the location, 1 (or less) star for the pharmacist.We waited for 20 minutes in line for our prescription. This was annoying but understandable, due to being short staffed and high volume of customers.The pharmacist called out a person's name who had waited in line already and was sitting in the waiting area for her prescription. When she came up to get her order, after being called BY HIM; he told her to go wait in line, or she could have it filled elsewhere. She was being very polite; so we didn't understand why she was being treated that way. We let her get in line in front of us, so she didn't have to wait another 20 minutes. He acted like a pissy baby and threw her prescription. Then told the cashiers they wouldn't take any more folks from the waiting area (there were several there already who had also already waited in line.)”
