I had a great experience with Another Self Storage. After my car was towed there due to an accident, a GEICO adjuster came out the next day to inspect it and get it moved to a shop. I was originally expecting to pay the full $75 monthly rate, but they fairly prorated the amount I owed based on how short the stay was. That kind of honesty and fairness really stood out to me. In a stressful time, it meant a lot to deal with a company that’s not only professional, but also truly trustworthy. Highly recommend!”

“I really like the people who run and own the property. There's only 2 things that I would change. The payment method is outdated. They need to go to debit/credit cards. And I wish that they were open until at least 7:00 pm instead of 5:00pm. The people are friendlier than most storage facilities in the Oroville area. I trust that my storage unit is safe and secure.”

“I can only speak to the professionalism of the property manager because I don't have a storage unit there, only have rented U-Haul trailers & trucks there on numerous occasions. I can't recall his name but he's a quiet but kind gent who has always gone out of his way to be courteous & helpful whenever we've rented from him.You can tell he doesn't take any baloney from anyone who isn't on the level and I can appreciate that!
We've rented from him I think 4 times now and he's always efficient & kind. Yesterday, I was due back with my trailer by around 3pm-ish but ran late due to unforseen circumstances. I made sure to call ahead of time to let him know and it was no problem. Then, I ran even later than that, due to an emergency at home and he gave me a code to get in & out of the gate by 7pm. I arrived with 5 mins to spare, parked the trailer, and on the way out, there he was, waving me on. Today, I get my rental receipt and was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn't get charged an overage fee for being super late. That's awesome customer service that you don't find much these days. ??Two thumbs up?? give this guy a raise! ?”
“This storage manager is one hell of a great person. She works with u and is very understanding as long as you stay communicating with her. I love the fact that she has had this site improve by far and helped work out personal as well as individual issues from current on site managers.”
“The Keg Room is the perfect ‘hole-in-the-wall’ drinking spot for us. The establishment has great bar hours, makes stiff drinks, has the sporting events on the tube, has a jukebox, a pool table, shuffleboard, and a smoking area. Love the atmosphere, service, and the patrons. Will visit again.”

The price I was given online did not happen is only complaint I have its but costly paying to much for one of the smallest unit's.. could have gotten cheaper one. It is what it is. Very happy with service price not so much. Will beoving as soon as I can get cheaper unit. Just don't have the money to put out. Feel it's to high priced to far out. If you can afford the price and have car and money for gas your all set with good storage as the service is the best here!.”
