“We drove an hour and a half for a soccer game - and left the bag with the cleats at home. We rushed to Big 5 and got help IMMEDIATELY. Right in the door they said hello, knew we were in a rush, and started to help. We told him the situation and he beat us to the shoe department and started pulling shoes for us. We found a pair, at a decent price, and were out the door and back to the fields before the game even started! The entire staff was excellent and the store was clean and well stocked. Honestly it might be worth the drive to ALWAYS shop at this location!”

“I recently was having an issue necking my brass down enough to allow easy chambering. The service techs tried to explain the remedy to me but I couldn’t visualize what they were explaining. I live close enough to drive to Orville, so I went to the shop, and visited in person. I took all my RCBS reloading dies, and my Hollywood press, so they could see what I was doing. Long story short, their die guru Brian, walked me through everything. He even set up my press and ran several casing through. Everything worked like a charm.
