I am deeply disappointed with Apple changing the way you charge your new iPhones. But worst of all they now no longer include a charger or earbuds.
The ATT Store on Saviers in Oxnard didn’t inform me so I could not charge up my iPhone 15 pro. 1 Star for ATT 1 Star for Apple

We came prepared for a long wait. But the wait was less than we thought it would be. But here's the thing. We were helped by Jonathan and he was GREAT. He took time to make sure we had *everything * we need. Highly recommend.

Just received excellent Customer service from Manny at this location. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.He answered questions better than the representative I spoke to on the phone.THANK YOU MANNY!!

I give this store a 5 star! Not only are they fast and friendly but they are very understanding and always want to help how ever they can! that’s just not around specially in cellphone stores! Alan Cisneros was great setting me and my family with new lines and phones thank you so much!!! Highly recommended!!!

Oxnard neighbors, please avoid going to this ATnT store, is not a corporate store. The associate by the name E*** and his coworker help me with a go home line but because the lack of proper training the add a data service only to my son's phone, when I went to ask for a refund they declined because apparently I shouldn't have ever been to a corporate store to get help. I didn't know they are not a corporate store.... The manager is never there and when you ask to talk to him they give you a lot push back and attitude. My biggest concern is that this particular Store is located in the middle of the heart of a big Hispanic community where some of this people don't even speak Spanish, their first language is dialect, if they were able to shut me down even calling customers service in Spanish and English, I don't want to imagine how they're treating other people that sometimes uses their kids to translate. This one was one of my worst experiences....... This place is so unethical and the worst part is AT&T let's them get away with this such of bad behavior even though they're using their name.

Edit: returned when the manager was on duty and my problem was solved within 30 minutes.Five stars for representative Hugo, he helped me navigate the clusterfrack that is AT&t's "support" he did everything he should have and I'm extremely grateful for his help. However, the higher level technicians had no clue as to fixing my problem. The simple task of converting a SIM card to an esim in a compatible phone.

I was returning a charger that I didn’t need but purchased and while returning it (I paid in cash) the assistant helping me asked for my ID and AT&T account information . These two informations are unnecessary for my return since I paid in cash .
