When you need to speak to anyone you only have a machine which does not help. I need to find a person who can give me information on trying to locate my money that was send though zelle

Always a line out the door with one teller. Horrible service. Banks have zero customer service. Bank of America is the worst!!

Every time I go in here the tellers are rude. Even if there is no one in line there is no acknowledgement and I'll usually wait a few mns. They wouldnt take a payment for my sons credit card from me without showing ID. I've never had this issue anywhere else
