“I’ve been waiting an hour and 40 min trying to get an agent to help me due to the fact that you guys updated your online banking . So far I’m not happy it couldn’t validate me everytime I was trying to sign into my online banking . I don’t understand how this can happen . And so far no help
Update : I called the Oxnard manager and spoke to Stephanie j believe and she helped resolved the problem better than the call center . I give premier America 5 star ⭐”

“We appreciate the mortgage program we got through City National and are sure we’ll have a great relationship but this 5 star review is for Allen Hill who has been helping us with the mortgage process since we talked almost a year ago in May.
Allen has been a source of guidance, honesty, and knowledge through out the entire home buying process. We found out about Allen and the Ladder Up program through MyWayHome, and I’m happy we did.
To be honest, at one point we were considering a new construction, and they had us pre-qualify with their preferred lender, and between the builder credits and what the preferred lender was offering, we would have gotten about $10k more than Ladder Up was offering, but I remember turning to my wife and saying “I’m not willing to do it because I trust Allen.”
He made himself available basically at any time, even when we were making offers late in the evening. He kept it real on every offer, let us know pros and cons, and really mentored us through the whole thing.
The home we ended up buying we were asked to pre-qualify with another lender because the sellers agent wanted to close in 30 days and had two experiences where City National took longer with the Ladder Up program. Allen explained the situation, and said that the program is in a much better place now with back end support and that we would close in 30 days. The sellers wanted us to commit to their preferred lender before accepting our offer, and I absolutely refused. I told our agent, “if Allen says he can do it in 30, I trust he’ll get it done in 30.” Well we did it within the time line, and the only minor delay was due to the sellers Escrow company.
City National should be proud to have Allen representing them. As a final note, I don’t know how much you pay him, but 5x it.”
“This was my first time visiting the branch in Oxnard. To my surprise there was no line when I walked in, the teller was very friendly and able to help me in a quick and efficient manner. Branch does close at five so you have to get your business done during normal operating hours.I did visit the branch the next day after hours to see their ATM and it does have the capability to deposit cash and checks outside so you can always use this feature if the branch is closed.This branch is in a convenient location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.”

“I like to give Mr. Downy R Gonzales a special thanks for assisting me with an insurance claim check that I had to get signed and approved from Wells Fargo. He is awesome, caring and compassionate young man I had a great experience he went above and beyond to help me get my issues resolved. I live about 150 miles away and the first Wells Fargo I stop the experience was terrible with the branch manager. She didn’t really have the patience or time to try to assist me with the process. And advised me to wait and call Wells Fargo car loan department which took over a hour or more to get assistance. Still couldn’t get help. I was very disappointed and frustrated with the customer service support from the first bank I went to and the service from call your Wells Fargo Car loan department. But my Aunt told me to try the next Branch where Mr. Downny R Gonzales Branch Manager was their I voiced my concerns and told him this was the worse experience I had from calling and waiting from a response from the bank assistants to going in person to the first Wells Fargo Bank in Mesquite. Mr.Downny Gonzales told me that to give him a chance to help resolve the bad experience I had and that he would do all could to help me get my issue resolved. And he did he went above and beyond and he stayed on the phone over and hour like I did . He got my problem resolved . He’s amazing I would recommend his branch and the employees to this Wells Fargo Branch. Where he is the Branch Manager. Thankyou He made my Day God bless I give him and this Branch 10 stars plus. He is a valuable asset. He made me feel important with caring and compassion attitude. And he listened and wouldn’t stop helping me until he got a answer no matter how long it.
