I think my rate will be 4.5. The rooms are spacious and we'll equipped, have a pool, a little gym, washing place and breakfast in the morning. It is really clean, quite and closer to a lot of business. My rate was because it took 5 days for us to ask for our room to be cleaned.

Clean rooms, centralized location, 4.4 miles to Port Hueneme Beach. The pool and hot tub had towels and they did there best to try and keep it clean, even with the seagulls trying to claim the pool.
