Worst Best Western I've ever had to deal with. They're customer service is horrible. The pet policy is nonexistent in practice. If you have a pet, stay elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Really friendly staff they have a good breakfast. And it’s a nice place to stay a little bit out of town center, but not too bad. One thing is though is that they didn’t clean the room between days stayed there for two days they didn’t come in to clean the room on the intermediate day.

Who is very surprised and pleased at the same time. Young man at the check encounter was incredibly pleasant and informative. The rooms were clean and it has a setup of a motel but it doesn't feel like it. I would definitely stay here again as you get good value for your money. I didn't use the pool but there were people using it while I was there. I also did not take advantage of the breakfast. The only issue I had however was I could never get the internet to work. I stay in hotels frequently so that's normally not a problem for me

I chose this hotel because it stated that it had smoking rooms to choose from, but they no longer do. However, Joseph was a huge help at check-in to help with our accommodations. So meeting up with family from down south was nice and not stressful.

This location suffers from poorly trained ownership, and a negatively influenced management team. The original history of this ownership position was historically treated in an illicit manner. It now changing for the better but, of course, time takes its struggle.
With well connected and influenced corporate renting teams, this location will most likely improve and be successful. The agrarian economy in this locale and the various festivals influence room and service capacities. It is hoped that the well placed RIGHTFUL new owner uses these advantages for a successful venture and hospitable environment.

Nice rooms, typical breakfest from hotel, main problem would be train during the day passing by.

Good rooms, breakfast is standard stuff. Location was great. The only draw back was the cats in the parking lot. There are numerous stray cats that keep on roaming around in the parking lot and approach u or a car that has just come in. We can't wait outside as well. Scared the heck out of my kids and me.

Needed a place to stay overnight between Santa Barbara and LA and this was perfect. Clean rooms, decent amenities, and close (easy walk) to Drug store and convenience store.
It is a little off the path from 101, however if traveling South, you can jump back on Hwy 1 for a nice scenic bypass.

The rooms have obviously been redone and they are gorgeous. However, I work at a best Western in Sacramento and the breakfast time wasn’t feasible only till 9 o’clock on a Saturday. That’s way too early to close the breakfast down on the weekend. Breakfast should be at least going until 930 or 10 o’clock. I’ve worked at two other best westerns and we serve our breakfast until 10 AM on weekends., I stayed Saturday and Sunday I miss both days front desk never told me what time it closed. I had just assumed it closed at 9:30 or 10 AM due to the other best westerns that I have been to and worked at. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Beds were comfortable. The room was very very clean. Thank you for having us.
Rooms: The room there were really pretty really nice very comfortable very very clean! Me and my son had a wonderful day while in the room just wish the breakfast could’ve gone longer than 9 AM on the weekend.
Food & drinks: The breakfast is served too early and ended too early on weekends. I missed breakfast both Saturday and Sunday due to the fact that they put the breakfast away at 9 AM I worked at two best Western and stayed at many many more and on weekends, they have all stop serving breakfast at 10 AM on the weekends. This was a big inconvenience and a bummer! The front desk didn’t even let me know what time the breakfast ended at check-in.

The staff here is incredibly professional, and personable. If all BWs could take lessons from this facility they'd surely boost business.
