Hours: The employees were nice but never had any type of customer service training and it felt like they were just hanging out not working. The staff were friendly, helpful and super patient, spend an hour to help with ACH transfers and great service. Very helpful team and professional service were provided by financial managers who gave thorough explanations, respected every decision while ensuring the advantages and disadvantages were understood. This chase immediately helped and squeezed a customer into the schedule for the day, so it was able to open an account.
