Took me a bit to realize that I had to in the building and not around it but once you go in, it has a really nice water garden. The office was warm feeling and inviting, the person working there was very friendly and got my blood taken with no problem.

Very clean and peaceful area, love the building design and look, had to take an immediate drug test for employment and they were able to take me in as a walk in, service was very quick and efficient had no troubles highly recommend this facility!

Customer service went down the drain. 5 stars for having a cup to collect the specimen but they barely wanted to help with the lengthy check in process as I was doing the teetee dance after waiting for a cool minute. Wasted one and almost had to waste another sample.
