“Cynthia the phlebotomist was kind, professional, helpful, and quick. The place was clean and organized. It is a small waiting room but Cynthia gets you in quick. This is a one person show and Cynthia provided excellent customer service.
The only issue is there is no accessible restroom. I mentioned that to Cynthia and she said they are currently working on it with the men's restroom first, then they will update the women's restroom so they both will have accesible restroom.
So if you need accessibility go somewhere else in the meantime.”
