I concur with many of the five star reviews, one-man operated, very efficient, I arrived at 12:30 when they reopen and got out at 12:45 and I was second in line!

Took me a bit to realize that I had to in the building and not around it but once you go in, it has a really nice water garden. The office was warm feeling and inviting, the person working there was very friendly and got my blood taken with no problem.
