“Old school place in downtown Oxnard. Looks like it's been there forever. Good selection, although I question the turnover of some of it. Owner is quiet but friendly once he knows you're not going to steal from him. Never know what he's going to be listening to: I've heard jazz, progressive Rock, classical, reggae and Korean programs. It's convenient so I go there fairly often.”

“This is a great little corner liquor store owned by Jimmy, a Syrian immigrant whose a wonderful shop keeper whatever our favorite flavor of alcohol is he will get it if they don't carry right now he's stock this wine for us that we really liked from Mondavi it's cured in a Bourbon Barrel really good for a daily drinker”

“i lost my I.D. for at least a month and looked everywhere for it and even started the process of getting a new one, well even though A-Z is right down the street from me i dont go there verry often, nothing bad, i just dont go there that much. well i go in one day and the guy behind the counter looks at me weird as i pay him for the drinks i got n then he reaches for something and says "is this you?" and im like omg thank u! i could not believe he held on to my I.D. for at least a month and i would have never thought i had left it there. thank u again sir!”
