The last two times I have taken my mom for her blood test, we have seen Marissa. She is always very professional, positive and kind. I wish I could request her when I schedule future appointments. Quest’s text check-in is very efficient and we are normally seen within 10 minutes of walking into the building.

Took my son to have labs done. He was called in a few minutes before his appointment time which was great because he had to get to school right after and I had to get to work. He was super nervous and cried but the team member was very kind and patient with him. Another team member came in to help and again very kind and patient. They both walked him through the process and calmed him down. We all
made it to where needed to be ahead of time.

literally was told to go PICK UP test. went in after lunch time and they were so empty no cars in parking lot, I was told i would have to WAIT 25 mins, sick btw, for something im picking up. ive done this test before and to wait almost half an hour for you to take one sec to grab something and hand it to me while u have no other customers is ridiculous so I left. now they have no way to talk to someone so theres no way to do this test but wait 25 mins, SICK AF, in the office for them to HAND IT TO ME. is beyond crazy. And i had the test request in hand so that helps on time too but no still 25 mins for nothing.

Extremely easy to go to Quest, absolutely clean and personable, if you have an appointment you will be seen right away

The people are very nice and professional here. They are efficient but rely heavily on self scheduling and self check-in which takes away from the human component of the visit and I imagine could be frustrating for non-technical clientele. But for me, it all worked out great.
