Many say it is the best UPS Store ever and that the employees are awesome and helpful. The store stays late to help, and it is convenient for Amazon returns and other needs. Parking can be a nightmare, but there is plenty of space. The UPS Store is a friendly, helpful place that is highly recommended.

Great customer service. The workers were friendly, attentive, and helpful. I went here after a terrible experience at the Port Hueneme UPS and these stores are worlds apart in terms of service quality and store presentation.
