Horrible customer service. Had an appointment to close account and no one else would help us . Had to wait 20 minutes past our appointment for employee assigned to our appointment to get our business done.

I like it because they're open on Saturdays, I don't know if they still do that? But overall great and friendly they always receive you with a smile they don't seem judgmental compare to other places I been to

Nobody answers the phone for a simple question. Called over 10 times. The hold just hangs up on you. That's what I call zero customer service!
