I directed my contractor’s and cabinetmakers’s many questions to Sean at B.I.D.about dimensions, articulated hinges, swing angle off door, adjustable height, etc.

“SO FRIENDLY. My mom bought her Miele Flamingo ii in 2004. She has had this vacuum through moves, breakups, pets, toddler grandkids. So when it stopped turning on she was beside herself. She couldn't bear to part with "Hilda,"- thus a call to PG Vacuum and Appliance was made. Dropped her off (the vacuum not my mother) on Saturday and she will be ready to go home Tomorrow. (Tuesday) the staff could not have been kinder. It's a family business. They were very knowledgeable and gave fantastic recommendations. They also assured us that if Hilda happens to break down again, they will be there. And they can repair her til the end of days. We will be back. And we will be singing their praises from the rooftops. THANK YOU PG VACUUM AND APPLIANCE.”
