“I have been dealing with Peninsula Vacuum and Appliances ever since they were first located in Carmel. I dealt with Stefan and his Uncle. When they opened up in Seaside I continued visiting the store and I have several Miele vacuums. Nowadays I have dealt with José who was trained by Stefan and his Uncle and is a really nice guy. Miele vacuums is a brand that I definitely recommend because they seem to last for many years. I have tried other brands like Dyson, Shark, Bissell, etc but believe that Miele is just a superior product. Peninsula Vacuum & Appliances in Seaside is a wonderful store that has many different models to look at and José also does repairs. Definitely a local business I recommend.”

BID was most helpful in taking care of it all. I highly recommend BID, I have only experienced five star support and service from this company.”

They were able to schedule an appointment within the next week, charged a fair price, and explained the problem well. FYI, they do not take card. Overall very professional. Ive been a Geek Squad Member for years, and I have a ton of electronics, so no need to consult anyone but me for Best Buys review. Also, they keep their word on every promise”

“Last week I was in desperate need for some specific grab bars for the shower. I had endlessly looked on line. I went to the store and the bars I wanted were not on the shelf. After asking a floor worker, I went to customer service. Ashley was incredible. She took the time to look up what I wanted. She confirmed the my confusion on line was legitimate. Then she proceeded to find the bars in the store- located in another section. I left the store with what I need. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. THE BEST. Ashley's service gives Home Depot in Sand City/Seaside, CA a good name.”

“I visited Home Depot recently and was quite impressed with the store itself. The wide range of products and helpful staff made my shopping experience enjoyable. However, I did find the parking lot a bit challenging to navigate. Overall, a great store with room for improvement in the parking area. May need to open another location at the rate people visit here. lol”

“SO FRIENDLY. My mom bought her Miele Flamingo ii in 2004. She has had this vacuum through moves, breakups, pets, toddler grandkids. So when it stopped turning on she was beside herself. She couldn't bear to part with "Hilda,"- thus a call to PG Vacuum and Appliance was made. Dropped her off (the vacuum not my mother) on Saturday and she will be ready to go home Tomorrow. (Tuesday) the staff could not have been kinder. It's a family business. They were very knowledgeable and gave fantastic recommendations. They also assured us that if Hilda happens to break down again, they will be there. And they can repair her til the end of days. We will be back. And we will be singing their praises from the rooftops. THANK YOU PG VACUUM AND APPLIANCE.”
