There have been a few times that there was one person ahead of me and it may have taken 5 minutes longer than what I thought it should. However I've always been treated with kindness and respect. When the staff didn't know something they would go and check it out and get back with me. This store is run by very intelligent young people who has been there a few years already.”

“I went into this location after my birthday passing Sunday July 16 an my whole weekend going down hill, but to end it all my phone ruined. I went into the store a was immediately greeted an it took them less than 20 minutes to assist others there before me.I was assisted by Julisa the store Manager, she was the greatest, I’ve never in my life been somewhere they were so helpful an well knowledge. She actually assisted me how I wanted by breaking everything down for me an helping to understand what I’d be paying.Thanks so much for the experience an I will be back here if I even have any other problems in the future.By the way I walked out with my New IPhone and Apple Watch I was well satisfied, So I left out overly happy even after my weekend went to hell .Thanks so much Julisa keep working hard your store rocks.”

Staff will give you insights on value, quality and features that you could never get from Target or other competitors. The repair service and home installation are superb. Geek Squad staff are brilliant. If it can be fixed, they will do it, and with service membership it is often free. Ive been a Geek Squad Member for years, and I have a ton of electronics, so no need to consult anyone but me for Best Buys review. Also, they keep their word on every promise”

It's sad whenever I come to the store I see how customer disrespect and blame these poor employees for not being able to afford their own bills. “I went there for some sigma Mr Beast chocy. Luckily a kind alpha male led me in the direction of the chocy. When I saw the display my heart fluttered with happiness. I prayed to the Ohio rizzler god and then picked up deez nuts (my favorite flavor. Like what the grimace shake that name is so sus. On the way to the register I rizzed up a level 3 gyatt. I checked out and immediately yelled "big chungus" LOL. Great experience!”
