“Bree and Tim were stellar at getting my accounts set up. Bree walked me through the whole process and troubleshooted some problems the online system gave us. Then I was referred to Tim to advise on the type of IRA I needed. Thorough explanations were given for a novice like me and made it less intimidating. No fees were charged and it was quick! I tried to do it on my own a few times online but kept running into issues. It's always better to talk to someone in person. Plus, they gave my daughter a Fidelity Frog stuffy, which she loves. Highly recommend this staff!”
