I had a great first experience getting help with sizing and weight distribution, etc. Then, more importantly, when I had a problem with the shoes (unusual manufacturing issue) sometime later the manager worked with me as I had hoped. She was exceptionally busy but definitely made sure I didn’t feel a burden. I appreciated her approach and attitude. Reinforcing for me why I shop at a reputable storefront when I can. I tried to show my appreciation more tangibly by buying all my additional equipment I could possibly think of while I was there. Will continue to be a patron.”
“The wife and I found this store when we were walking around Cannery Row. It opened in 2018 and sells new clothes, shoes, and accessories. They also do consignment for limited edition Jordan's, Yeezies, and other sneakers. The worker who helped us was very friendly and helpful, and the store is very organized and clean. “Loved it! I tried on a few things I would usually never have tried, but I'm on vacation so what the heck. It was a lot of fun and I ended up loving (and buying) almost everything I tried on. The salesperson was an absolute sweetheart, very helpful and ready to answer questions. Just before I stopped in at Ms. Fabulous, I visited Girl Boy Girl. Dang, y'all. Some nice items, but waaaaaaaaaay out of my price range. Ms. Fabulous to the rescue! So glad I walked through the door.”

“We're always greeted and the staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. The store's layout is very wide, not deep, so this difference can make it seem difficult to scan for what you're looking for - at least for our family. The store does display a number of items I don't remember seeing at the other Zumiez we go to.It's easy to find, at the end of the outdoor mall near the theater. There are a lot of other stores appealing to youth down at that part of the mall so it can get crowded and with just one dressing room we've often had to wait in line for a bit.”

“Discovering Girl Boy Girl three years has completely transformed my clothes shopping experience and with it wardrobe and style from frumpy to age appropriately fashionable. The staff is incredibly good at suggesting entire outfits that look great on me. They are particularly amazing at fitting high-end jeans. I’m six feet tall and solidly built; It’s useless for me to shop at department stores which don’t seem to carry any clothes bigger than size 8. Don’t let the website fool you, you don’t have to have a perfect figure to shop at GBG. I don’t know how they do it but GBG has a large and well curated selection and almost always has my size. When they don’t, they get me my size quickly. I now I regularly make special trips from San Fransisco with my adult daughters to GBG and we always walk away with new looks that we love.”

Sweaters, dresses, jackets, hats. A hand knit baby outfit with a bunny tail and bunny ears. A little fox ? outfit.
Baby UGGs.
The owner will be helpful but she is only one person and she will focus on that one person and can’t see there are other customers who have questions. So when we were there one time we were the one customer and we bought several things for our grandchildren. But ever since then we would just leave because she can only handle one customer at a time.”

When my item wasn't in stock, she directed me to another item that suited my needs...and the item was on sale! I bought two! Footlocker needs to make her a manager/supervisor!
