“This was an incredible experience. I called inquiring about a pull out sofa that was in stock. Kyle did not have any. I had told me I was calling stores to secure one next day as I had a visitor and had to throw my old one out. He called around and one delivered to his store for next day pickup!! He texted me as soon as it arrived and had it packaged and ready to go. Not to mention he cut me a great deal so I got a much better mattress for only 30 bucks more than Amazon and it was delivered quicker. A 10 out of 10 experience.”

“I have purchased 6 mattresses from Ramin now. Every time has been a fantastic experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, and doesn’t try to upsell you. He will work with you and your budget, and put you into a great mattress at any price point. I have no desire to ever buy another mattress from anyone else. There is a reason his store gets 5 stars. If you’re looking to buy a new mattress, run, don’t walk. I highly recommend!”

“Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable staff. We visited on a Sunday with our baby and left with a new matress and bed frame. So excited for non toxic furniture options in the future and very excited that this brand Acctually cares and is still owner owned - not run by some private equity company. I was hesitant to visit even though pretty organic girl blogger highly recommends them, purely based on the one negative review of the matress dipping in the middle. It turns out after speaking to the staff that customer put a matress on an adjustable base even though it’s not supposed to be, they gave her a new matress after that. I also love that these are modular and you can replace any part of the matress as needed instead of tossing these giant things in the landfill after 5 years!”

“Having had a sleep number bed, with adjustable bases, in our house, we were surprised to find AxelBloom beds for our Motor home. I reached out to Yong to see about ordering a set for our RV and he was very nice and helpful in giving us suggestions on a set up for us to order.We ordered our beds and within about 2 weeks, Yong let us know that they would be shipping the bed out and we should see it in about a week. Everything arrived as you can see in the picture. When unpacking the bed, everything was packed well and you can tell that they take extra caution in packaging their product. When we unpacked the second box, the one at the bottom, we discovered that the shipping company damaged part of the bed with what appears to be a fork lift. I talked with Yong and he was able to help me out with the issue.We got everything installed and everything had been good. My wife was enjoying having an adjustable bed again as she likes to sleep with her head up. The beds are comfortable and we have been happy with the purchase. We did have an issue with a motor, but it wasn’t anything with Yong and AxelBloom. When I installed the bed, I planned ahead to make sure I had some room in between the bed side stopper and our side table. It appears I didn’t leave enough room as there is just enough play in the frame that one night my wife somehow must have had something press on the remote and eventually ended up messing up the motor when the bed side stopper got caught under the side table. This prevented the motor stop from triggering and caused the issue with the motor. I reached out to Yong and once again, he was polite and helpful in finding a solution for us to get the motor replaced and working again.If we ever need to purchase another bed, we would definitely reach back out to Yong and AxelBloom. I will also make sure I share the experience I have had and the fact that the beds are everything they state they are to whomever I can.Thank you Yong and your team.”
“I was looking for a good option for my camper van bed. Foam Mart was perfect, inexpensive, custom fit, and the best customer service ever. I went in, and walked out with a 4 inch custom fit foam bed in less than an hour. I highly recommend!!”
“We just furnished most of our new home from here. The store has two sections, a Modern and Mid-Century Modern section. Quality ranges from very good to outstanding. It can get expensive but much cheaper than many other stores that have these styles of furniture. We purchased our furniture over the course of several purchases and every time we went in the store, there was a sale rotating amongst different pieces, so it may be worth waiting for something you like to go on sale. They also offer 0% financing. We got a promo for 24 months, so they make it easy to afford whatever like.”
