“Very responsive and thorough help here. Of note, I was helped by Shel and Ryan when purchasing out my mattress. Ryan provided most of the help as I saw him on multiple occasions. He was able to help me find the right choice for me, and wasn't pushy. Very understanding and tried his best to help me find the right fit. I ended up having to do exchange but the second mattress I exchanged for ended up being the perfect fit. Very happy, thank you !!”

“Omg these guys are seriously the nicest and most accommodating mattresses shop in LA. And I've dealt with a LOT bc I have orthopedic issues and spend a lot of time in bed so I not only need a good mattress but I have to replace mine more frequently. I've worked w them a few times now and they are consistently courteous, resourceful and very fair on price and their policies. They are also easy to communicate with and their delivery ppl are super helpful and friendly too. It's rare in this town! I highly recommend and will definitely be back.”
“Our experience at the Ventura store has been excellent. Sue'Z , the sales manager took care of us and purchased a product that met all of our needs. She gave us an incredible price on our mattress that was lower than any other competitors.”
“I loved my experience at this store .the owner mike is super nice and sweet and he really cares about his customers and he asked lots of guest ions to find out how I sleep and what firmness I like . It took him about 30 min and he found me the bed that I liked and give me the best support for my back .he told me since he is the owner he needs to make sure I am happy and I buy the right one and he did find me the right one and I am super happy . Thank you mike for making this so easy for me and I highly recommend this place”
“Great sales service from Benni Tabei. Ask for her at either Santa Monica or at Beverley Blvd site in West LA. She is all about what works for you. Benni asks the right questions, listens, and is patient.”
“I went to the store yesterday because my Lifeform chair needed maintenance. I was sold the chair 6 years ago with the understanding that there was a lifetime guarantee on repairs. Amazingly IT'S TRUE. I talked with Daniel Saltsman and he agreed to come to my home and repair my chair with a replacement part he had in stock. This morning I am sitting in a fully functional WONDERFUL office chair. No charge. No resistance. Customer service like it's from yesteryear! I am one grateful, happy customer.”
“Sam and Annaya were fantastic to work with. They provided exceptional service, made the process easy and enjoyable, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.”
“Loved the mattress we bought from Kyle. He was friendly, understanding, and helpful. We found the perfect mattress and made a great deal. We went to other mattress stores and non of them were as kind and helpful as Kyle and we love our mattress!”
“Joseph was fabulous. He remembered what we wanted after a month's delay of my return to the store. Efficient and kind and got exactly what we wanted and needed. Thank you!”
“Dominique from purple mattress was super helpful in finding what I needed without being too pushy. She has me try on different pillows on the bed to see which would suit best and easy to talk to.”
“Shir is an extraordinary sales person. She let us know about holiday discounts and arranged shipping so we didn't have to travel with them. The store is beautiful. The Super-Plush towels laundered fabulously and create a lovely spa experience at home.”

“We have a toddler crib mattress and our daughter sleeps great. It’s reassuring to know she’s sleeping on something nontoxic and safe. We just ordered another crib mattress for our daughter on the way. The customer service is excellent.”
