I didn't use cash but used a credit card. But I was charged 10 yuan. Washing was 3.25 yuan for 25 minutes and drying was 1.25 yuan for 24 minutes. But in the end, I was still charged 10 yuan. How can I return the remaining money to my account?

All the machines work fine. The place is small so you should plan a sweet spot to get there when it's not full. They provide parking in the parking lot as well as their own. The machines are all fine, but they are expensive. I used to spend on average $20 now I spend $30 when I do laundry here, so take that into account... read full comment
