“Laundry mat is clean and always great however, the speed queen app recently took funds from my account saying “error” and I have not received my money back for it. So I’ve lost $6.00 in errors from the app.”

“I didn't use cash but used a credit card. But I was charged 10 yuan. Washing was 3.25 yuan for 25 minutes and drying was 1.25 yuan for 24 minutes. But in the end, I was still charged 10 yuan. How can I return the remaining money to my account?”
“We are here from out of state and find this laundromat to be a very nice, clean, comfortable and safe feeling place. In fact we have done our laundry twice now since we've been visiting the area and have enjoyed conversation with other patrons, learned a lot from them, information that has been beneficial and added texture to our visit.

“I have used this place for more than 20 years and have never had a bad experience there. The owner works hard at doing excellent work and takes pride in it. When I've taken things in that are stained or that need to be altered, she's always come through for me. Now don't get wrong, if she disagrees with me about something I want done, she'll let me know that she thinks I'm making a mistake (I once wanted something altered for a specific purpose and she pointed out that after the alteration it wouldn't be good for anything else, but that was fine with me). Our dry cleaning always comes back looking great. She knows her business and is quick to point out fabrics that will need special care.”

“1st time here and I can say the brand new machines work really well. In fact, don't use more than 3 ( 7 minutes per coin.) quarters in the dryer to start with if it's on high, then add more if needed, but you probably will not unless it's lots of jeans. This makes up for the higher cost of the washers.
All the machines are very new, and very clean, as is the bright and cheery interior. Super clean bathroom.
Everything the other reviewers said are true.
The only thing for me was that there was no medium size washer. Small, large, really large, and I didn't know there was one that big. So, if you need comforters or bedding washed , head here.
