“This would be an easy 5-stars if they would upgrade their washers to take card or tap payments. Most other laundromats in the area, including the less nice ones, have at least a few machines you can operate without cash. Not only is this place cash only, it's QUARTERS ONLY. Plus they have signs everywhere about a quarter shortage, that quarters are for customers only, and that they will buy back unused quarters. A lot of folks, myself included, don't carry cash anymore. There is a chase bank a few doors down with ATMs, and then you can get the attendant at the laundromat to swap your 20s for smaller bills, put those in the quarter machine, do your laundry, and then swap your unused quarters for 1s on the way out. A ton of hassle.Otherwise this place is clean and relatively quiet. Staff seems nice. Will give it a second try!”

“Haven't used a laundromat in...well....forever. This place is fantastic. Kind, helpful staff, nice customers, super clean, different sized machines. Once you figure yourself out and what buttons to push, its all pretty easy to use. Would highly recommend for anyone that doesn't have access to a laundry machine, either just for a week or always.”

“Cash-only place, but really good price for both dry cleaning and alteration. The owner also recycle hangers - bring your old dry cleaning hangers here, don’t waste ‘em.PROS:Overall very fast service. I drop my stuff off on Friday and can pick up by Monday.CONS:This place is good for not too fussy items. However my husband’s stuff with delicate buttons did not fare as well. Two of his shirts had button broken, though we asked that he wrap the buttons before washing. So if you have brand name items don’t take them here.”

“No issue for me. My dryer broke and needed a place while waiting for my machine to be fixed. The place is clean. There's parking in the back. There is no time set for closing but the owner said 10 or 11pm”

“Needed to get back to Top Wash b/c washer @ my new place was on the fritz. The small machine I used accepted the normal money card; however, I was surprised to see a new payment app "Price Range." Unfortunately, I was unable to access my bank b/c I was using my backup phone. SO, I was unable to dry my medium load of laundry. So, I brought my wet load back to the house. Nice to see a two new payment methods added to avoid quarters! And, less money being on the premises. Hopefully less robberies to the vendor! Convenient for me to use thus laundromat as the 121 bus stop is pretty close... til next time.”
