Lock It Up Self Storage is a very clean, well-maintained, and well-run facility. The on-site management is always present, providing a safe and secure environment for storage. The managers are friendly, nice, and treat customers like family. They are helpful and efficient, allowing for quick arrangements. The facility is decently priced for the amount of space offered, and the Pacifica location is handy. Customers report consistently positive experiences over many years, feeling their belongings are safe and highly recommending the storage location.

Very happy we found a unit in this very clean, well run facility. Nice managers helped us arrange something quickly over the phone and had the paperwork ready so we could complete all within 30 minutes or so from when our movers arrived! Highly recommend.

We are so glad we found this storage location. In our previous location they constantly left the front gate open. I’m glad someone is always on-site. We are pleased with the management. We feel our storage is safe.
