“The reservation process was smooth and quick. The person I spoke with was polite and helpful. Will update after we get our stuff moved in and have a better grasp of the place. For now—I can vouch for the customer service 🙂↕”

“Mr. and Mrs. West provided me with great customer service throughout my storage stay. They were very hospitable and I was able to get a great deal on a storage unit. They made the process very easy and I was satisfied with the unit I got too. Any problem I encountered they offered to help me. Very pleased with the services over at Pacifica Lock It Up Self Storage.”

610 Crespi Dr, Pacifica CA 94044
“Very friendly, helpful staff and management. They always gave updates when storms hit to check on our units. Late payment or card issue reminders from the family or management when I forgot to advice of replaced cards, with no penalties charged was a blessing indeed. Thank you Crespi Storage ??”
