“At 3:30 p.m. on a Friday, I learned that the printer I had chosen could not do the job of printing a 240 Perfect Bound book (240 copies). I called Precise. The service they gave me was amazing. They picked up the specs for the job that afternoon, gave me an estimate on the next Monday. They gave me a sample book on Wednesday and they fit our book printing and mailing into their busy schedule. It is one week later and the job is entirely done! “I placed an order online for some prints and Lightsource got back to me about a week later to let me know that the paper I had requested was no longer available. I asked for a refund on the order, and they said they would get me a refund. Only complaint is that it took them over a month to issue the refund, without any sort of communication on what the status of the refund was or when it would be issued when I inquired about the refund a couple of times. A quick note that it would take a month or so to see the refund would have been much appreciated.”
