Associates were very thorough, making sure and double checking that everything was correct. They were also very calm and pleasant deal with. I did not feel rushed. They made me feel relaxed, as well and relieved, that my package will get to its destination.

I love our Local Pacifica UPS store. We are lucky to have them. I use the top mostly return merchandise, but also for copy services and they have been great.
