“When I first started looking for a new home six months ago, I dealt with five or so different realtors from a variety of different companies, all of whom I found pushy (most were super arrogant too). On a number of occasions I was acutely aware that they were more interested in their commission than in what my needs were. So I happily ditched all of them after meeting with Jason Hoffman of McGuire Real Estate's Noe Valley office. He's personable, trustworthy, ridiculously helpful, extraordinarily thorough with paperwork (he has a legal background so you know he's not missing any small print), gives consistently solid advice and never once lost his cool in the midst of me freaking out about something (which happened more than once...). He's polite and professional at all times, but will fight your corner very effectively when action needs taking. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.”
