I went there to set up a new account and I had went in there because I saw online a pretty good deal. The guy showed me a phone he said was already hooked up. The Indian guy behind the counter asked me how much money I had which I thought was odd. What I had was substantially more than I thought I would be paying and miraculously that was exactly how much he said it would cost to the dollar. I wish I would have said I had less because I'm pretty sure that would have been how much it costed too. Well I gave it to him because I needed a phone and he then showed me a case he said I would need but I had given him every dollar I had so he told me if I came back that night he would give me a free tablet. So I went and borrowed the money and came back and he gave me the case and the tablet. Later I received a text telling me my bill amount. Not only was the phone bill more than I was told but he added service for the tablet. He never told me any of that. Then I tried to access my account and although I gave him my ID they said my name isn't coming up in the system so now I have to go all the way back there and try to fix this. I have physical issues and getting there isn't easy. Don't go to this location! The guy is shady!

I went in yesterday to pay my phone bill all I wanted to do was pay my phone bill the Indian boys that were working there we're pushing me to purchase a new phone and not only that when the transaction was done never got a receipt I asked for a receipt and they kept giving me to go around this morning I got a text saying that if I don't pay my phone bill my service will be discontinued today very upset it was only a $72 phone bill and the text this morning it's saying I still got to pay $91, so I don't know if they pocketed the money or what's going on but I will never go back to the store ever again

DO NOT GO HERE! CUIDADO.They will scam you and try to bully you to buy a new phone or to add other services. Whatever good reviews are here were about the previous LATINO staff. I don't know where these Indian people came from but they're very shady. They made some unauthorized changes to my account that I didn't ask for. I ended up losing my Prime services and paying a higher bill. I managed to fix the changes through customer service.If I had to go back to that store there would have been issues! Make sure your receipt matches what you are asking for at all times. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I hope it gets shutdown soon.

These new indian people push you to buy something you dont want or need. Went here with my dad and they pushed him to buy a brand new phone when all he wanted to do was just switch his old sim card to his new phone that he had bought off a friend. Very bad customer service

So the new Indians dudes working their kept pushing and insisting I buy a phone or tablet they even called me broke they even said their system wasn't working when I told them I wanted To make a payment what was supposed to be a 5 min transaction took 40 mins I asked for my money back and left they are the absolute worst the previous Girls their were always nice and fast and the place was cool and fresh now I wouldnt step foot into this location ever

Right now, it is a terrible service, they sold a person I accompanied a plan for $50 dollars, the phone included, (free) I would only pay the taxes, and cost of the plan, plus activation, they did not give us a receipt specifying the purchase, they They included 1 speaker, headphones, they put a screen protector without having asked for it and they still charged the card payment with a wall charger that they did not deliver when checking the mobile app to see My Metro says that the plan is $73.00dlls in total they were almost $300.00 dlls. We went back and complained and they refused everything, we went to the police station, we came back to ask for a refund and return everything they charged us extra and they didn't want to until I mentioned that the officer told us to come back and try again if they didn't. We would call, and I would come talk to them about the situation and we would file a complaint on the website that the police gave us. Just like that they returned us $200.00
There are some young people who are not Hispanic in this store and apparently they are very crafty because also to make you crazy with their explanations they play music at full volume, and they did it 3 times to not give you a chance to do anything. I definitely do not recommend you go there, they are terrible. And they are very liars.

I came here today because I had an issue with the login. Melissa helped me and made some changes that I needed in my address. She was very polite and respectful and I was satisfied with her.
