They carefully wrapped furniture, bicycles, golf clubs and anything else that was not already boxed. Their crew efficiently got everything packed into the truck within 3-4 hours. The guys were polite and very friendly.Their paperwork was very thorough and Alpha Marine had taken care of all port fees and for delivery to our new home in Scotland. Their agents in Scotland were equally efficient, keeping us updated with regards to the container's arrival in Scotland. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable — they always take the time to make sure packages are packed right and sent the best way possible. The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Prices are fair, and I’ve always had a smooth, quick experience here. It’s so much easier than dealing with the big post office, and the customer service feels way more personal.

“I wish I had discovered this place years ago! They accept drop offs for all the major couriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS! SUPER CONVENIENT.
I will be doing all my shipments at Burbank Shipping Center from here on out so I don’t have to be driving all over the place trying to find the various drop-off locations. There is even a table to pack, with tape, and they’re open every day except Sunday. No lines. And they provide drop-off receipts.

Luke the driver will be there between 9am to 11am or 1:00 to 3:00pm. so the customer can be available vs just guessing what time the driver will come. I missed the first visit cause I was running errands not knowing when to expect the driver.”

“For the past four years, this company has always come through. Only once did I notice a box had been opened and redone with clear tape; all the items were accounted for. I noticed that the amount of tape and reinforcement used made a difference in the security of my boxes (the last one I sent did not have the same amount of tape). Delays were experienced due to customs once the box was already in the country. I never had to make a claim, a clear sign of their commitment to customer satisfaction.”
