Normally have zero issues sending tracked letters for my business at this location, something I've done dozens of times... but the older lady suddenly decided my letters are packages that require $15 shipping. I've sent much larger envelopes than this in normal first class mail at this location.

I love this location. Employees here have been at this location for a while now and are very helpful. There's lots of Spanish speaking customers and they always try their best to help them out as much as possible. It's nice to see friendly workers in a highly stressful work environment.
