“Living at Canterra for 3 years now and I can say that my wife and I love it! Every aspect of the property has been renovated since moving in. We love the pools and gym. The front office staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Alise is great. The engineering team has assisted with a couple of minor fixes. Carlos and the team are quick, efficient, and friendly. Wonderful place to live!!”
“There is a waiting list for this 55 plus senior living complex. The facility is well kept. Their management staff has to be top shelf if the young lady that assisted me is a typical example. Cindy, I believe her name was, welcomed my presence without an appointment. She demonstrated concerns for my inquiry and helped me through the first stage. The common areas were beautifully manicured. I was impressed by the cleanliness of everything. I don't have any more experience beyond what I've discussed, but, they left a very positive impression on me. I hope I can have an opportunity at a unit and can time it to make a move. The current economic conditions foisted upon us by the people who run this country have made it darn near impossible to find housing for fixed income old dudes like myself. I don't need much but I also can't afford 80 percent of my retirement just for a roof. This could fill that need.”
“Yvonne, the property manager, and Joe, the maintenance manager, always go above and beyond. They are quick to respond to all issues and questions. We’ve had several maintenance issues out of the ordinary and Joe handled them with speed and skill.We feel very well taken care of here and are grateful.”
“I've lived in CP since October of 2022. My experience has been quite positive. Management is always ready to help. Yasmin, Melissa and Elayne make a great team. The apartments have been remodeled and have modern amenities. I personally love using the pool and Jacuzzi( There are 2). All my requests for maintenance have been addressed promptly. It's close to everything and you don't even need a car. I would certainly recommend Cathedral Palms to a relative or Best friend.
