“Living at Canterra for 3 years now and I can say that my wife and I love it! Every aspect of the property has been renovated since moving in. We love the pools and gym. The front office staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Alise is great. The engineering team has assisted with a couple of minor fixes. Carlos and the team are quick, efficient, and friendly. Wonderful place to live!!”
“Yvonne, the property manager, and Joe, the maintenance manager, always go above and beyond. They are quick to respond to all issues and questions. We’ve had several maintenance issues out of the ordinary and Joe handled them with speed and skill.We feel very well taken care of here and are grateful.”

They make sure to let every tenant informed when making inquiries and the office manager is very prompt with responding and communicating with appropriate manners.
