“They were so friendly and attentive from the first phone call throughout the whole experience. They had me bring my car in for the estimate. Then had me take my car home since it was drivable this way my car wasn’t just sitting at their shop while they waited for parts. They kept me up to date with texts throughout the whole process. A few days after I picked up my car at the end of the repairs, I noticed a black piece between my hood and windshield was slightly loose. I took my car back in and they were able to fix. A few weeks after my car was done, I noticed my headlight went out. I was not sure if something came u plugged during the repairs so I brought my car back to them. It ended up being a burnt out headlight bulb. Not anything they did wrong. They could have told me the outcome and made me go somewhere else for the fix. Instead they replaced the bulb for free. The customer service is top notch. I hope to never need car repairs again but if I do, I will be coming back. I will be recommending to everyone I know.”

“Had a really good experience. I have a 2008 subaru wrx and I got hit by a car which cracked my headlight, made my bumper and grill come off as well as a bent fender. I took the car to Bumper Specialist and they did such a awesome job. It looks like it came out of the dealership. The also touched my cars paint on areas that chipped off. Would highley recommend to anyone. They will take care of your car no doubt as they also have luxury cars that they work on so they will definitely take care of your car.”

“today was my first time needing a resolve to my battery in my truck. I don't live in palm desert but I do visit a few times a year in my RV so I'm disabled with MS and live on a limited income. my battery was done! I had to find a cheaper alternative to resolve my problem. oreily's wanted 230 dollars for a new one, autozone wanted 209.00 and Walmart wanted 189.00 and had none in stock. so I thought why not try a used batter. I searched used batteries in Palm desert and 5 choices came up. I called 2 others and it went to a voicemail the other a disconnected number I ended up calling Continental Battery and spoke to Chris. I explained my issue I explained my limited income and He was professional well spoken and said he had my right size and for 47.99 including tax and my core! I went to his shop. Very impressive store nice and clean. Chris showed me the battery I gave him mine and the guy is a very nice and trustworthy! I paid him and he even carried it out and put it in the bed of my dads truck. Then I was blown away cause he said it had a 90 day warranty. So I'm 57 yrs old and never seen such great ethics about business and doing helpful things that work not add to a issur. He sells mostly new batteries but has a used selection of good stuff. I took it to where I'm staying installed it in 10 min and my truck has a solid powerful starting capability and the volt gauge pedgged at 14 volts in the middle.. starts like a new battery!! I wish all businesses had a Chris attitude cause he solved my issue easily like it should be!! I recommend this business with full confidence!!”
“I had to travel three hours to go find these guys and it was totally worth it. They did the cheapest and best job for a primer and a clearcoat for my van. My sister did a custom paint job with spray paint and these guys did the perfect prep work and finish work.”

So I did what I could to accommodate him, and got 3 bids from local businesses including California Customs Autobody & Paint, which was referred to me by my boyfriend. They had the best bid by far and were so nice to deal with! My car looks brand new! They even buffed out other scratches and dings! It's amazing when everyone practices The Golden Rule, and what started out as a bad situation ended up being a wonderful experience because of how it all worked out! A win-win-win situation! I highly recommend going to California Customs Autobody and Paint to make your day much better if you get into a fender-bender!”

“Mac's was recommended to me following a recent traffic accident. The insurance adjuster said the damage could be repaired without removing the quarter panel. Mac recommended doing the removal and took it upon himself to set the insurance company straight. He warned me the work would take the better part of a month and he was right. I was out of town when the work was completed and he dropped my car off to my home and even put it in the garage...amazing. The work was done PERFECTLY. And I don't make that statement lightly.
