“I have used CeramicPro in Palm Desert for a couple years now they ceramic coated my 2024 GTI and I had PPF put on the front hood and mirror caps. These are fantastic and confident people. Brittany runs the office and she’s just fantastic. I highly recommend them….very professional …..done on time and on budget! Their work is incredible. I’m probably going move away from the valley but I WILL bring my car back just because of the work they do for my yearly touchup. If you have a new car or a car you care about you really need to get it ceramic coated and you might want to consider putting some film on it. There’s a lot of dust and debris out here and really just normal highways from the stones. If you decide to do this get it done here!”

“Had a really good experience. I have a 2008 subaru wrx and I got hit by a car which cracked my headlight, made my bumper and grill come off as well as a bent fender. I took the car to Bumper Specialist and they did such a awesome job. It looks like it came out of the dealership. The also touched my cars paint on areas that chipped off. Would highley recommend to anyone. They will take care of your car no doubt as they also have luxury cars that they work on so they will definitely take care of your car.”

“Mac's was recommended to me following a recent traffic accident. The insurance adjuster said the damage could be repaired without removing the quarter panel. Mac recommended doing the removal and took it upon himself to set the insurance company straight. He warned me the work would take the better part of a month and he was right. I was out of town when the work was completed and he dropped my car off to my home and even put it in the garage...amazing. The work was done PERFECTLY. And I don't make that statement lightly. “It did not take long for this beautiful resort to become our favorite. The grounds are meticulously manicured and the sites are spacious. Front desk staff (Tesla and Kristopher) are super personable beyond helpful. The heated pool and spa area are gorgeous and well maintained. The fitness room has all the essentials and has a lovely view of the pool deck making your workout even more pleasurable. The location canot be beat. Our mode of transportation is on a Vespa scooter and we were able to go to fabulous restaurants and shopping near by. All in all the Emerald checked off all our boxes we give 5 stars from the heart. We have already booked again for next year. ”

This guy is absolutely amazing! He's smart, articulate, grounded, and has incredible knowledge and experience with auto detailing. I've been detailing my own cars for decades, but I was completely humbled by Alberto's processes and speed.... he's a go-getter!! My only regret is I had his base package, and I should have had a complete clay bar thru ceramic coating package. It would have been worth every single penny. If I lived in the Coachella Valley, I would give up detailing my own cars, and simply have Alberto do it all.
On prior visits to the Coachella Valley, I've used local car washes for hand washing my car... what a waste. They were NOT good experiences. In fact, they were pathetic. So, this year I decided to use a detailer. I picked Alberto after reading a lot of different reviews, and I was still skeptical, but with Alberto it felt like I found a pot of gold. It was simply luck!!!
My advice... don't waste time and money on a $35 car wash. You'll end up with scratches and swirls in your paint; some so bad they'll never buff-out. Find an auto detailer PRO... find Alberto!
Not only is he excellent at his craft, he's the kind of guy you'll want as a friend. He is a quality person who does quality work!!”
