“I stopped by here to ask a simple question regarding putting a trickle charger on a stored vehicle and they quickly and graciously answered my question. I had previously stopped by another Mercedes repair shop and their answer was Google it (which I had done but had a concern) but they took more time to give my attitude then it would have taken to answer the question - which took under a minute. “Shout out to Quick Fix Auto Glass Repair and Replacement!! I had Martin come out to my job to replace my windshield. He was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this company, as they do a great job at communicating back and forth to get you same day service. Once he was finished, he came to return my keys and showed me the finished work. He finished replacing the windshield in about 45 mins-1 hour. Paid with tap and he was on his way. Thank you for having affordable pricing and fixing my windshield!”

I brought my 2020 Mercedes GLE 360 in for the B2 service. It was taken care of in a few hours and Mike ensured me that my tires were fine and my coolant was topped off. He said with confidence that any time is good and that he would be able to give an accurate estimate and have the work done within an hour and half. He nailed it! I came in was greeted by another representative who pointed him out and said he would be right with me. That's exactly what happened. I brought my Nissan Rogue to AG Auto Care after the overhead console suddenly fell down—likely due to heat and poor design, as confirmed by the service department at Torre Nissan.
Both Torre Nissan and Palm Springs Nissan quoted me $350 just to replace the unit! Mind you, this is for a part that likely shouldn’t have failed in the first place.
Thankfully, AG Auto Care stepped in. They were honest, helpful, and handled the issue quickly without charging me an outrageous amount. I truly appreciate their integrity and willingness to help when the dealership wouldn’t.

“I was on vacation with my family heading to Arizona. Two hours away from home, I had car trouble while on the freeway. It sounded bad, scared the family, and put us in a bad situation. By the grace of God, we limped the car into Gerber Collision and were greeted by the most incredible team, led by General Manager Todd Markley. It was late in the day, we did not have an appointment, but that did not matter. They took us in and made us feel like family. The gave us comfort and a place to relax. Todd immediately took our car to the garage and started working. Within minutes he was back and had fixed the problem (lose skid pan). Then Todd sent us away with no charge.
Miracles and blessings come when least expected and my family received theirs that day. Todd and his team showed empathy and kindness to total strangers who were in need. This business is blessed to have such an amazing work family and culture.

Do yourself a favor and stop wasting extra $$$ on dealerships who do the job, but pay inexperienced kids to do the job who make mistakes and make you wait for hours AND DRIVE TO THEM, when you could have a professional with decades of experience do it and for AND for cheaper. “WOW!! OUTSTANDING customer service. I have been a Customer Service Manager for 34yrs at a major utility company. I have NEVER seen such awesome service as I just experienced at Mountain View Tires in Palm Desert! I got a flat on the freeway and limped my car a couple miles to their store. They immediately said they would help me I needed to leave my car overnite so they could order the tire for the next day. They even gave me a ride back to where I was staying ( 20 miles away) Luis went above and beyond helping me. I made it complicated but Luis was on top of it assuring me they could fix my car. They did put on a new tire and and completely inspected my car. I had to go out of town and they were kind enough to let me leave my car there and they brought it into the shop every night as a safety precaution. My final bill was outrageously affordable. This was the best customer service I have EVER experienced!! Thank you all at Mountain View Palm Desert. I appreciate you guys so much!!”
