“Mid-way through a family road trip from Canada, our Ford Escape lost power twice while driving through the desert all day from Zion National Park to Palm Springs. We were only booked to stay two nights in Palm Springs. On the first morning, after first phoning three Ford Dealerships in the area (who responded through their online chat system and promised a call-back--but none of them ever did), I phoned Darren who answered my call and immediately engaged me in conversation to try to diagnose the problem. Despite being fully scheduled with work, understanding our predicament, he fit us in the next morning so that we could continue with our road trip itinerary. Ran multiple diagnostics and did not suggest parts replacement just for $$ but was honest about the best hypothesis they could come up with. Great responsive communication via text. At my request, out of precaution, installed a new high quality battery as ours was 4.5 years old.Long story short, the responsive customer service made all the difference for us at this stressful time. The Escape ran great for the rest of our journey through L.A. and up the coast as planned back home to Victoria, B.C. Canada.Thanks guys!!”

“I bought tires at America's Tire about 6 years ago and I go about twice a year for a free air tire check because we have such a drastic desert weather change. Last month, a light came on indicating a tire issue so I went thinking my tire was just low - when the technician checked the air he found a nail in my front tire. I stayed and yes they repaired my tire for free!This month I received an email from America's Tire showing what my tire readings were and letting me know it's getting time for new tires. So this week, I went online to see what tires my Kia Soul 100,000 mile car should get. I was able to find the GE Radials in stock and at a reasonable price and make an appointment for the next day. I actually had to reschedule twice with no issues. I went in to a busy store and Jonathan the customer representative was great and had my car with 4 beautiful new tires ready in 45 minutes! Pros: *The online web system is one of the best I have ever used and I'm an old senior who using online for everything. The process for seeing what tires they had in stock and what tires work for my car was so easy. I was able to read the tire reviews and make an informed decision for the GE Radial with 50,000 miles - for an old car not wanting to put high priced tires on. Also, making an appointment was so easy and so many appointments available with next day. I even had to reschedule twice with no issues. Again, a great site - and they say you get out 30 minutes sooner when you make an appointment online!*First our shop in Palm Springs runs very smoothly and very organized. Outside people guide where you go for whatever your needs, the line for air check or inside to check in. *When entering there are 2 lines, one for appointments and one for walk-ins, again very organized.*Jonathan, the customer rep, checked to make sure I ordered the correct tire and told me I would be out within 45 - 60 minutes. I was so surprised because the store was very busy. Yes, another technician brought me my keys in 45 minutes with the car parked out front and ready!Cons: NONEThank you America's Tire for giving me such great service, I am very grateful.”

Josh patiently, and calmly ensured me that their team would take a look at it and give me their solid thoughts on how I should move forward. We ran diagnostics, figured out the ailments and moved forward. They continued to monitor my car every 1,000 miles, without charge, to ensure me that my Tuscon was going to be my trusted travel companion for the foreseeable future. “This is long over due! My car broke down on the way to LA and I had it towed to Mercedes in Palm Springs. Big mistake and complete waste of time and a tow!! Just to look at my car Mercedes Palm Springs wanted almost $500. I asked them if they could just look the code and the answer was yes for $500. Just trying to get my car back and towed from them was also was a nightmare! I called OMAG and Ludwig literally called a towing co. to pick up my car and bring it to them in about 10 minutes!! I was so grateful just for that but then after running tests, LOOKING AT THE CODES and replacing a couple of minor things my bill WITH TOWING was $454. It's been over a year and all is still well. Love these guys!”

“Recently I had a stressful day..after dropping my husband off at the local hospital for a procedure, I decided to stop at a market to shop while waiting..Upon returning to my car, I could not open the door- my husband had driven us to hospital & he had the keys! Having no one to call (GF & her daughter have co-vid) call for help, my only option was to call AAA..They sent Tony's Auto Center out to tow my car (I figured it was best to get to my home to pick up my husband's car & keys) ..I cannot say enough good words about their driver Gustavo..He alerted me that a tow would be hard on my car, went into the market to ensure they would not have my car towed if I left it parked for awhile, was able to drive me back to my home to retrieve my husband's car, waited while I located the keys & started the car to ensure I was able to drive it.. He then was able to offer me a ride back to my car (with my keys now on me) as he had a call for roadside assistance in that area.. I can vouch for what a calm, clear/ good thinking, pleasant, conscientious (he REALLY cares about the company's tow truck assigned to him) worker he is.. It was a ray of sunshine in a terribly stressful day for this 80-year-old woman.. TY Tony's Auto & Gustavo..Blessings”
