Cornerstone Pharmacy is a privately owned, traditional pharmacy on Washington Street. Customers describe the staff as amazing, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, polite, and professional, providing the best customer service. The excellence starts at the top with the owner. It is a nice small business where you can enjoy personal, one-on-one communication. When you call, a real person answers the phone instead of an automated system. They take pride in problem-solving and are proactive. In one instance, when an emergency medication was not in stock, they helpfully suggested another store. In another, when a prescription was not called in before a surgery, the staff took the lead by calling the doctor themselves and ensured the medication was ready. They offer free delivery right to your door for those who are home, and they also provide services like flu shots. While some note the location can be a bit tricky to find, customers are overwhelmingly happy to have switched their prescription needs to this pharmacy and plan to be customers for as long as it is in business.
When I needed an emergency medication that was not in stock, they did not have it (this is ok, it's a specific medication on back order), but they suggested another store that would be more likely to take care of it. They took pride in problem solving.

This is a nice small business. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. It is a tradition pharmacy. It's a bit tricky to locate.

One of the most preeminent businesses I’ve had the pleasure to patronize. Not just best pharmacy- best business! Couldn’t ask for better efficiency or customer service. They’re the jewel in the crown. Go here! (They also provide free delivery).
