After 15 years of being able to call in my pizza order. The food court has stopped answering the phone for the past 2 months. I can't be the only customer that is upset. Where is the food court supervisor. 15 years of excellent service. The past 2 months has been terrible.

Costco made up for the problems I had. Today I was able to pick up a $25 gift card they've been trying to get to me since this happened. The managers that helped me went above and beyond.

Every employee in on the floor , everywhere you look someone is eager to help you. But the lines to checkout are atrocious. There is no reason to have this many employees and have lines at 11:00a.m. On weekday. There was almost no open parking spots. Eric C, the cashier was great at taking care of us with a very professional demeanor.

Stopped in on a Saturday and it was not as crazy busy as I thought it would be (used to that back home). Was shopping for a tablet and other necessities. Tablet ended up not being in stock although they had plenty of those cardboard "thingies" that you take up front to pay for and pick up on your way out. Told the employee that it was misleading as none of those cardboards should be displayed as it was a hassle to pay for the tablet and then upon pick up not available.

I had 2 blowouts on Thanksgiving on our way to Arizona and I had my vehicle towed to this Costco even though I wasn't able to communicate with them beforehand. Unfortunately they didn't have my oddball tire size in stock, but Hank helped to arrange finding me a full set of the tires I needed at America's Tire. I experienced very helpful and courteous customer service from Costco's tire center.

Came here for gas. Like many Costco's this area is quite a mess. Traffic was backed up getting into it, once you got in several of the pumps were not working and there were only 2 pumps (vs 3 like many costcos or some even have 4). It took a while to get gas as we got fed into the line where only one pump was working.Getting out of this parking lot was a nightmare. People cutting through cars, not looking where they were going, the fire truck, ambulance were onsite and it was very busy. Not sure if this is how it is all the time or if it just before the holiday that it is like this.

COSTCO PD/LQ NO LONGER TRYING TO OFFER COMPETITIVE GAS PRICESI've been a Costco member since it was called Price Club. (40 yrs?)For decades Costco seemed to have the lowest gas prices. Since COVID,it seems this has changed for the Desert Costcos at least. Costco gas prices were like their $1.50 hot dog $5 rotisserie chicken. Those things brought you into the store.Look at price comparisons for November 21, 2023 in screenshot. What am I getting for my membership? Costco is supposed to drive good bargains for its members.Costco has chosen the worst time to change their pricing strategy. It's doing this while people are hurting. We need lower gas prices more than we need cheap hot dogs.I've observed for the past several months thatI no longer buy gas at Costco, and I downgraded my membership. Service is good, and I can trust I can feel safe driving with the service I receive. I called and had an appointment. I was just surprised that I had to wait an hour and a half before my scheduled appointment started. I did not have a ride so I had to wait and I was there another 45 minutes. I wish I had been told the appointment could start 90 minutes after scheduled appointment.

Costco's genius marketing team has taken membership a bit too far. I read about them cracking down on people sharing memberships (which IMO seems a bit dumb- they were still having sales no matter who's card it was.)Today I went to check out at Costco with my family, we were all from the same house and all had our own membership cards. We wanted to split the bill and the cashier refused to do it. We were told the exact groceries being paid for have to go exactly to the card holder. Total idiotic behavior Costco!So instead of Costco making $150 from me. The order was voided and we all cancelled our membership. There are way too many stores out there that will be accomodating to the customers. I guess they just don't get it. Sell your Costco stock boys! The ship is sinking!!

Worst experience I have ever had at a Costco. I was treated with such disrespect. Julie was the worst cashier I have ever met. It was after 1 pm on 11/7/23. She had the energy of being rather snobbish to begin with. She had a problem with me and my partner each paying for half of our order each. We are in the same household and each have a Costco card. So not sure why she had a problem with us paying. If she is getting some kind of bad information from corporate, then they have a bigger problem than just this bad cashier. I will not be back. I demanded that my membership be cancelled, and I will be contacting not just corporate but also the board of directors. Next Julie called over what was supposed to be a manager, her name is Claudia, and she did nothing but escalate the situation until I was even more upset that we simply just couldn't pay for our food and leave. Instead she got snotty and cancelled our order. Another reason I will not be back. I will not be treated so poorly when I am spending hundreds of dollars and often. So next I went over to try and get a real manager and I got Brad and to be quite honest, he didn't care about how poorly we were treated either. I know I did nothing wrong as they sold me the membership with two cards to be used in my household and yet they won't let us use them???Again, horrible poor service all the way around and so glad I walked out with all my cash and my membership cancelled. I hope others will consider closing down their memberships too and make a stand if you are mistreated too.Update:Costco had someone call me and they offered me nothing. Said they were going to talk to the employees, but I would bet that will do absolutely no good as they need to have corporate change their ways and how they are telling their employees to crack down on card sharing. I will tell everyone for the rest of my life not to give Costco their business as they just do not care how their customers feel. Shame on your Costco!!!I guess this is how they treat the elderly who do not look as pretty as the blonde cashier who was so rude to the 3 of us.

I am a Business Costco Member and was told by the Tires Dept they could Not help me because I had a new tire to put on my truck that was not purchased at costco...they do not sell my tire to match all ,my other 3 tires(new) on my truck..DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR TIRES NEEDS AS THEY WILL TRY AND UP SELL YOU TO ALL NEW COSTCO TIRES...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY WERE NOT EVEN BUSY.I WILL TELL ALL I CAN BOUT THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....!!!!

I had a great time at this Costco. Clean, big and highly air-conditioned. I really remember the selection of candy here. Guess it was sweet tooth day! It's dangerous to come if you're hungry and with the kids- we end up getting too much. But I still enjoy my Costco membership.

I noticed a low tire pressure warning when I left work. By the time I got to the tire center to put more air in, one tire was completely flat. The technician at the tire center took my car in, found a nail puncture, repaired it, and I was able to drive away with no additional charge other than the initial charge to examine the tires. I am so grateful for such excellent care!

Placed the order for the tires online and took my car in when I received a notification that they were ready for pick up. I came as a walk in since I needed the tires changed and on my spare. When I first called to make an appointment the tire center did not answer and I called for 20 minutes straight trying to get in contact. When I finally got in contact I explained how I needed to be seen as soon as possible but the only appointment they had was a bad time and asked if I can do a walk in. After doing a walk in and being there first thing in the morning to see the worker unlock the door it took HOURS to get my car. I was told an hour and thirty minutes and didn’t care about the wait at first because I needed to be seen. Then after 2 hours I went to the office and asked for an updated ETA. They told me 20 minutes. After waiting an extra hour, in total 3 hours after they told me it would be half, I got frustrated because there was no communication or respect for my time. I was one of the first people to be there ( first 5 to be exact) and I did not have my car until 2, 4 hours later.
