About Firebirds
Firebirds is a minor league hockey team with a brand new, modern 10,000-seat arena in the Coachella Valley for hockey and concerts. The store is well stocked with items not found on the app, including personalized jerseys, hats, water bottles, and stickers. The space selection of goods could use more under $25 items for gifts. Parking may be a small issue, but parking in the back is easier. Staff are noted for being helpful and going above and beyond for customers.

Customer service sucked. No greeting, no help, and seemed bothered and annoyed. I’d rather purchase from the area.

Ordered a personalized jersey and needed to pick it up at the store. While I was in the store I purchased a water bottle, 2 stickers, and a hat. We are big fans of the Firebirds.
