Myranda (sp?) was so patient and knowledgeable. Really listened and recommended the right sizes gave her expertise on each different type of leggings. I was looking just to exchange, but I ended up buying two more pairs based on the information that I received from her very happy with my purchase And I recommend you seeing Miranda when you go into the Palm Desert store.

Clean store, organized when I went. Friendly staff. I walked in sort of in a rush, there was no line at the checkout, and they helped me very fast.

I had a fantastic experience at Lululemon today, thanks to Dylan! He went above and beyond to assist me, making my shopping trip a breeze. His friendly attitude, product knowledge, and attention to detail truly made my day. It's rare to find such genuine customer service, and I can't thank him enough. Lululemon is lucky to have him on their team!

When we entered, we immediately stood in line. There were employees at the registers, but they didn't bother saying anything to us for a few minutes. We were the only customers in line, but there were customers being helped at both registers. Even when they walked away, though, nobody bothered acknowledging us. It wasn't until it was our turn to step up that they said that they would be with us in a moment. Although the employees working the registers were kinda rude and unpleasant, the girls in the dressing room area were all very nice. I think at least one of them were in-charge of the tailoring, at least at that moment. I wish we would have dealt with them first. The store was in a large space, but it was arranged a bit tightly for a wheelchair. It was clean, though. It wasn't horrible but I was kinda expecting more from a shop on El Paseo Drive.

As an avid Lululemon shopper I have been to many locations and this location is the worst by far. Customer service is terrible, employees have no desire to help even when asked. The female employee with braces did not know how to do her job at all. I asked for assistance with a matter on my account and she knew nothing, and she was extremely rude. This establishment needs to retrain their employees and instill a more positive and nice customer service experience. It’s unfortunate this is the only Lululemon location in the valley.

They are unaware of their inventory, and they never answer their phone… If you want to do business you gotta talk to some people it can all be done evidently on a website good luck Lulu good luck

would give 0 stars. rejected my return and i called customer service and they said the store should not have done that and i have to go out of my way to ship the items back. i specifically was told by an employee in store that it was fine at the fitting room before even trying on the new items i was going to buy and she told me that it would be fine to return and they would take care of it up front. ended up not even making a new purchase. very bad first experience at this new location.
