I hate looking for bras, but I met Brittney, and she was so helpful in finding what I came in for. In fact, I ended up purchasing more just based on her great service and her expertise. Macys is a great store to have in the valley.

Great golf course with plenty of challenges. Great restaurant and bar. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly.

We got some amazing deals yesterday. I wanted to buy some slacks in the better suits dept. I was informed that Macy's does not do alterations. I was also informed that they could not refer me to a tailor. Why sell better clothing if you will not provide alterations? Also, the fitting room nearest where we were was closed: "FOR COVID"! What the hell! That excuse to provide lousy customer service went out of style a couple years ago. We had to walk across the store for a fitting room. The "customer service" or rather, lack of it, made me feel like I was in an upscale Walmart.

We went to Macy’s at the Mall in Pal Desert looking for a Suit and Earl notice we needed help. He was very nice and help us out until we found the right Suit for my Wedding. Earl is very friendly, professional, and attentive. He made my day with his great personality! He is the best!
