“I contacted Mail Bag with a DHL enquiry they couldn’t fulfill, but they went out of their way to help by recommending another postal service in the area. Their communication was prompt and clear, and they were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. Great customer service—thanks again!”

“My partner and I were having such a hard time dealing with fed ex and their horrible service that we were blessed to find Travis who was extremely helpful and informative at this location. They were able to accept our e-bike for return shipping and make the last step easy which we really appreciated. Even though we got there minutes before closing, he still patiently took the time to get us notarized for our domestic partnership immediately after that. We really appreciate all the help. Looking forward to doing business with you in the future. Thank you (:”

“This is the best mailbox store I’ve ever been to. The owner Doesn’t see it as a job but puts himself into being service. It is so rare to see this anywhere these days and he really stands out The Best experience I have had in years. I live in high Desert and I would drive down here again for any of my mailing needs.”
