“I called on a late afternoon in a panic because my son left something very important at home and he was already in Arizona. He was thinking of driving back home to the Coachella Valley when I thought that maybe UPS could help. When I called, a very polite gentleman answered the phone, answered all my questions and calmed my panic. I arrived at the UPS store at 3:30pm and my son received the package in Arizona at 11:00am the next day. Amazing customer service and the employees are top notch!”

I was here last week doing my usual returns and accidentally left my wallet behind. One of the staff members went above and beyond by tracking down my phone number through an email I had sent with a label to print as my e-mail signature has my phone number and they had reached out to me.

The system monitor faces out for the customer to see - so you can see in real time everything is being entered corrected and every shipping and pricing option that’s available.
