Worst customer service ever. Price gouging is obvious, they won’t make any adjustment. It’s a scam and Jose and Suzy are rude and, frankly, not very bright. Cancelled my order after 3 weeks and took my art back

Overpriced scam. It's still $300 with a 50% coupon meaning they're price gouging and completely running a coupon scam.

They often answer the phone then hang up. They will charge you to frame a picture but won't cut it down to fit frame, they asked me to do it. Strangest experience I've had with framing but there are very few choices for large frames in Palm desert. I think that's why they get away with the worst service.
