Shades West specializes in enhancing desert homes with a wide range of window treatments, including motorized shades, stylish shutters, and outdoor awnings. Customers appreciate the professional service and expertise of the team, particularly praising an employee named Billy for his punctuality and thorough measurements. Many reviews highlight satisfaction with the products, such as new shutters and awnings, and customers are eager to recommend the company based on their positive experiences. However, there was a minor concern regarding an item taken by installers without notice. Despite some delays due to supply chain issues, clients express overall contentment with the service and quality offered by Shades West, making it a trusted choice for home improvements.
