FYI - A friends parents ordered blinds from this company (in Palm Desert, CA). They provided a deposit of $6,000 and never got them. It appears as of now they may be out of business. I am going to try to help find out more info. If anyone knows anything, post please.

Are they still in business? I had used them in the past for repairs without a problem but every time I call it goes to voicemail and it is always full. It is past 10:00 AM on a Monday so they should be open if they are still in business.

This was he most horrid experience. We odder 3 shades in May, 2021. We kept getting excuses of why they're not delivered In March, 2022 we asked for our deposit back or we would go to Small Claims Court. We finally got our money back in April, 2022. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
