“If you want excellent customer service, please come to this marvelous SAS store and ask for Anissa. She gave me the finest help in finding the exact shoes I needed. Everything is very well-made and very comfortable. I’m not an easy foot to fit and I just had knee replacement but Anissa was so very kind, gentle and helpful to me. When she found the perfect pair of heavenly shoes for me, I almost cried. I’ve been in a great deal of pain but now I can walk pain-free.
I told Anissa she should be very proud of herself because she made me leave this store today with extreme comfort and happiness. Customer service is so important; especially in the shoe arena. The prices are extremely reasonable for the value you receive here at SAS.
There is ample parking in this shopping center with many handicapped spaces with easy walk-up ramps.
If you need long-lasting and terrific shoes, please come to this SAS. They also sell gorgeous purses here and much more! A wonderful place to buy footwear, bar none. Anissa should be commended for her excellent customer care and service, which is very rare these days. I’m quite grateful for all of the wonderful assistance.”

“One of the few stores that will do custom rings and stone cutting. I brought in a sentimental stone which was fairly soft but the owner agreed to make it work. Very reasonable lapidary prices liley becuase it's family-run and there isn't a middleman charge. We were walked through every step of the process. Highly reccomend checking thus place out for truly custom jewelry”
“Whatever Cassie is making, double it immediately! I NEVER shop for clothing, I literally wear clothing from Kohls or Costco because I just never find anything that fits. I walked into WHBM today searching for a nice dress for a company event, immediately thinking I may be “too big/too tall” for anything inside (5’9” and 165lbs, I’ve recently lost a lot of weight so super self conscious) Cassie right away began taking our choices to a fitting room, brought me HEELS to try on with the outfits, and made sure we were comfortable. WHEN I TELL YOU everything fit like a GLOVE! Like it was made for MY BODY! I had tears…not only did I find the PERFECT dress, I found TWO jumpsuits that were long enough for my body (NEVER done before!). I will absolutely be back for casual clothes shopping ???❤️❤️❤️”
“4 stars for the store itself. Very nice and clean. One store associate (I believe her name is Monica), was very rude and needs more training on how to talk to customers. If you are going to wear a face mask, please speak louder and don't be rude when the customer can't hear you when it's their turn to checkout, especially if you are not making eye contact. When asked for a phone number, I said I don't believe I have one with you. Before finishing my sentence I was cutoff and told "you never know and it's not like your phone number is going to be used for anything else." When I was able to speak again without being cutoff I gave it and was told "see you are in the system, I don't know why it's so hard to give a number to check." Thank you for making the interaction uncomfortable.”

“Unbelievable place! Fabulous shoes, sandals and sneakers galore. Beautiful and clean store. Very organized. Alex saved my day today because he found me the greatest shoes that all fit well. I walked out a very happy and thrilled customer. He was very patient in finding exactly what my feet need; comfortable shoes! He is an excellent customer service sales person and he made my day very happy. This is the BEST shoe store I have ever seen and I will be back. Prices are extremely reasonable and if you sign up as a member, you get all sorts of coupons. I saved $30 today on my shoes! It is a great decision of yours if you need any sort of footwear to come to this marvelous store. Ample parking and handicapped spaces are available here. “My wife and I shop at your store quite a few times each month. We love your store. It has a clean and neat atmosphere. The store is freshly stocked with new dresses, outfits, blouses and festive dressy outfits. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Amanda (Sales Manager) and Deya (Assistant Sales Manager are the leaders of their Loft team. Julie is Lead Sales of Jackie and Gigi. We received such personal care from all of the Loft Team. They have a great Rewards Program. Great Sales. Great if they don't have your size they will order the merchandise and ship it to your house for free. Complete customer service. “Really fantastic location of Vince here in the desert. Morgan, the store manager, is absolutely wonderful to work with and always goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. With so few men’s clothing options in the area, it’s great to have this in our backyard. And most importantly, their clothes are stylish, comfortable, and fit well. Highly recommend.”

I've always liked this brand & branch here at El Paseo, Palm Desert whenever I would visit Palm Desert. because they carried such a variety of brands here to choose from. Like all other Outlet 'Saks Fifth Avenue,' stores, they hold the following sections of items in store that catch your eyes~Handbags, cosmetics, fragrances, shoes, clothing, accessories and other accessories and more.....These sections came from the top of my thoughts. I would definitely drop by this store if anything. This is a long overdue review, though! I'll be back again next trip!”

“Gorgeous clothing for children! Seriously wish I had a niece or a friend with a little girl just so I could buy them an outfit from this shop. Clothing for children doesn't have to be patterned with cartoon characters and stuffed animals. At Janie and Jack, the styles are classic and sophisticated while still being appropriate for children. While strolling down El Paseo, the Tiffany Blue winter coat with faux fur collar and cuffs caught my attention and drew me in. The double breasted style was a classic cut in a gorgeous color that I would buy in a nano second if it came in my size! Next to it was a cowl neck swallow in cream and gray color blocking adorned with pastel flowers across the chest. I want that, too! For me! The shoes, faux fur shawl scarves and other accessories were also on trend and yet classic. Stunning clothing! The boys selection was just as nice, lots of corduroy and velvets in rich burgundies, navy and green for the holiday. But the little girls clothing is what captured my heart. The sales staff working that day was very friendly and as I exclaimed my delight in the clothing line and expressed my desire for the same items in my size, we all had a laugh. And were in total agreement! If you are seeking a special outfit for a little one in your life, Janie and Jack is the place to shop. The clothing line is classic sophistication. Love!”
